Yes. A buyer can provide an existing SKU, sample, drawing or target specification. We can then evaluate what must remain compatible and where the product can be upgraded or localized.

For mature existing models, the standard starting point is 1,000 pcs per model / design.

Standard or available colors can typically start from 500 pcs per color, while the total project still needs to meet the applicable model MOQ.

Deep platform ODM or internal structural changes normally start from 2,000 pcs per model. This can include changes to PCB, interfaces, cables, battery configuration or internal structure and requires engineering review.

Complete new private-mold development starts from 3,000 pcs per design, subject to engineering feasibility, tooling scope and validation requirements.

For mature models, standard samples are typically 7–10 days and mass production is typically around 30 days. Deep ODM and new private-mold projects need separate engineering schedules.

Depending on the final SKU and target market, projects can be evaluated for CE, RoHS, FCC, UN38.3, MSDS/SDS, IEC 62133 and market-specific requirements such as UL, PSE or KC. Each SKU / model is handled as an independent certification and transport-document set.

The fastest starting point is the target capacity, charging power, preferred form factor, quantity, branding or packaging needs, target market and any required certification. For upgrade or second-source projects, an existing sample or specification is especially useful.
